ได้ด้วยตนเอง...การเปลี่ยนแปลงเริ่มสะสม
ความรุนแรงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ...
หนาวมากที่สุดในรอบ 100 ปีก็ว่าได้

ตื่นรู้ วิกฤติสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลง



ล่าสุดประเทศที่อยู่ในแถบยุโรป
พี้นที่บางประเทศในรัสเซีย ทวีปเอเชีย
ที่ติดต่อกับยุโรปก็หนาวจัด
บางพื้นที่วัดอุณหภูมิได้ -38 องศาเซลเซียส
ส่วนพื้นที่ทางตอนเหนือตอนกลางของยุโรป
ก็กำลังประสบปัญหาสภาพอากาศที่หนาวจัดดดด
หนาวจัดจนจัดหนักให้เราต้องตระหนกและตื่นรู้
เริ่มวิพากษวิจารณ์ว่ามันเกิดอะไรขึ้น

Freezing weather continues to grip Europe,
with countries in the eastern part of the continent
hit especially hard, causing more than 120 deaths.

Parts of the Black Sea near the Romanian coastline have frozen
as a severe cold spell continues to keep Eastern Europe in its icy grip.
Temperatures in Romania plunged to minus 32.5 degrees Celsius (minus 26.5 Fahrenheit),
and six homeless people died in the past 24 hours of hypothermia, the health ministry reported.

In Serbia, a man was found dead in the southern town of Lebane
as the authorities in 28 municipalities,
mostly in remote mountainous regions in the south and southwest,
declared a state of emergency.
Maric said some "60,000 people ... or 25,000 households,
have been cut off by snow" with emergency services
engaged in clearing off the areas
and bringing the necessities to the population.

สัญญาณมันบอกขนาดนี้ว่าปีนี้น้ำมาก
วิกฤติครั้งนี้ถ้าคนไทยไม่ตื่นรู้
และเตรียมตัวก็คงตัวใครตัวมันแล้วหล่ะ

อยากขอวิพากษวิจารณ์ เรื่องส่งพรก.กู้เงินให้ศาลรธน.ตีความ

เหตุใดต้องรอพิจารณานานนับเดือน ในเมื่อภาวะสภาพอากาศโลก
ไม่ได้รอที่จะส่งผลร้ายกับประเทศไทย ดังเช่นตัวอย่างในต่างประเทศ
ที่เป็นข่าวข้างต้น ถ้าเราไม่มีมาตราการวางแผนการณ์รับมือ
กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพอากาศอย่างทันท่วงที
เราก็จะแก้ปัญหา และประสบปัญหาที่แก้ไม่ได้มากกว่านี้ก็เป็นได้

ขอยืมคำพูดคำว่าทิฐิที่นายกปูเคยพูดเอาไว้มาใช้หน่อยเถอะ
ขอให้เลิกทิฐิกันทีเถอะ ทำไมเราต้องมานั่งรอ
ความเป็นความตาย ความเดือดร้อนที่รอทุกคนอยู่ตรงหน้า
อย่าขัดแข้งขัดขากับเรื่องวิธีการกู้เงินอยู่เลย จะออกเป็นพรก.กู้เงิน
หรือจะออกเป็นพรบ.กู้เงิน มันก็ต้องกู้อยู่ดี แต่พรก.กู้เงินมันไวกว่า
ในวิธีการทำงาน มันเรียกว่าเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เร่งด่วน
เข้าใจคำว่าฉุกเฉิน เข้าใจคำว่าจำเป็นเร่งด่วนในการทำงานไหม ?
มันสำคัญกับคนส่วนรวมและประเทศชาติหัดเข้าใจซะบ้าง


ดังนั้นจะรอผลสรุปของศาลรธน.ตีความนานเป็นเดือนก็ไม่ควรรอเช่นกัน

Frigid temperatures have gripped Europe in the last week,
with the mercury reaching as low as 35 degrees Celsius below zero.
After what had been a relatively mild winter, the sudden cold caught many unprepared.

Eastern Europe is hardest hit, with over 100 deaths in Ukraine,
and with over 11,000 people in remote villages cut off by snow in Serbia.
Most of the fatalities recorded have been homeless people found frozen to death outside,
and emergency tents with hot meals have been set up to help them in several affected countries. Russia and Poland are mobilizing help for the homeless.
Travel in Romania has been chaos as a blizzard hampered efforts to clear both rails and roads. Recorded temperatures in Italy were the lowest in 27 years.

More than 60 people have died in a cold snap across Eastern Europe, authorities said on Tuesday, forcing some countries to call in the army to help secure food and medical supplies and set up emergency shelters for the homeless.
